I am collecting all types of books in French too add to our mini-library at school in Haiti. Books are such a luxury in Haiti and people rarely read for pleasure. Children don't have access to books, and I've never seen a library in Haiti. We started a mini-library at the school where children and teachers can check out books, but most of them are in English. We desperately need books in French for the children and community!
Ask your French teachers, talk to your French-speaking friends, check out your local used bookstore! Contact me if for a mailing address to send them.
